What changed, for whom, against what baseline.
Client outcomes
We report outcomes the way we deliver them: baseline, intervention, measured result, adoption and safeguards. No transformation adjectives.

Our evidence standard
Every public number, logo, client reference and quote must have an owner, a source, written approval and a review date. Metrics state the baseline, period and population, and whether the result is observed, estimated or projected. Where we cannot substantiate a claim, we remove it rather than qualify it into meaninglessness.
