Who we are

Nestlar Consulting operates this website. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: name, work email, company, optional role and your message. Used solely to review and respond to your enquiry. Delivered to us by our email provider (Resend) and retained in our mailbox.
  • Scorecard download: name, work email and company. Stored with our email service provider (MailerLite) to provide the download and, only if you separately opt in, to send occasional insights. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
  • Appointment booking: handled by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter to schedule, confirm and manage the meeting, including calendar invitations and reschedule links.
  • Analytics: we use Mixpanel only after you allow it in the cookie banner. Events record pages and interactions, never form content or personal details, and IP-based geolocation is disabled.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not send marketing email without a separate, explicit opt-in.
  • We do not load analytics before you consent.

Legal bases

We process enquiry and booking data to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and marketing/analytics data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and for a reasonable business record thereafter. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within applicable statutory time limits. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Processors

We use Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), MailerLite (email service), Cal.com (scheduling) and Mixpanel (consent-based analytics). Each processes data under its own data-processing agreement.
